This one really is my go too... I use it in the AM. To start. But if I feel like I need a little extra through out the day after exercise you can spray and not only does it help with smell it helps with moisture too. Leaves you feeling neutral. ❤️ get ya by before your next shower for sure.

GENIUS! This Lady stick deodorant is amazing! I have tried about 20 (not kidding) different deodorants, and they all failed me. This one WORKS!!! I even put it to the test on an 8 mile bike ride. I'm definitely buying this on a regular basis!

I have tried SO many lotions and none of them seem to keep my skin hydrated for very long and I have to reapply. I use A LOT of lotion. Being in a dry climate it seems like I am constantly putting lotion on. With this bar I only apply it at night (sometimes in the morning) but I am soft and feel hydrated throughout the night. Usually I get up in the middle of the night to reapply lotion but not with this bar!!! I LOVE IT!!! It is definitely on my reorder list.

I LOVE this shower steamer. It has a very refreshing scent and it clears up my sinuses. I would highly recommend this steamer, especially if you are having issues with your sinuses. Even if you are not, it is a wonderful steamer for regular use. I will buy again!!!
